At ESB, our staff collectively have over 100 years of experience in protective coatings.  We operate four spray shops, two ferrous blast rooms and a non-ferrous blast room. We are fully conversant in most types of epoxy coatings, Zinc silicates, Polyamides, Vinyls, and Polyurethane's, to name just a few.

As a company we are well aware of the environmental impact of our industry.  We are registered with the Local Authority under the Environmental Protection Act, fully aware and actively conforming to the COSHH Legislation and have invested in a Solvent Recycling Plant.

We are to process projects up to 4 tonnes in weight and up to 10 metres in length, with a cross sectional dimension of up to 3m x 3m.  We have projects situated on all Continents plus many Off-Shore and Sub-Sea Installations throughout the world.

ESB operate a fully documented Quality Assurance System, and through our commitment to quality we have achieved ISO9001.  To reinforce our commitment we are members of the
Paint and Powder Finishing Association (PPFA)
The design concept of the plant was to provide a paint and powder coating facility which is totally flexible and only limited by the constraints upon its manufacturing customer base. In  simple terms if a component can be transported by existing road transport, ESB has the capability of handling it and applying the correct surface finishing, paint or powder treatment.
