The powder coating operation has been incorporated within the new buiding, it is
capable of handling products of up to 3.5m x 1.8m x 0.9m on a fully automated track
conveyor system with automated spray booths and a 23m single pass curing oven. |
The
pre-treatment plant is a four stage dip tank process including a dry-off
oven i.e. first a multi-metal alkali degreaser (cleaner), followed by
two rinses, and the dry off oven. The final rinse can have a rust
preventer added. The working envelope of the tanks is 2.3m x 1.15m
0.9m. |
